After my hospitalization at a psychiatric facility, I realized the only way to help my mental health was to open up about it.

For my undergraduate this film, this documentary focuses on myself and my difficult journey with depression, how my friends and family saved my life, and the determination I found to keep living.

​

This is about healing, ending stigma, and learning that there is still so much to live for, so I can’t die, not yet.

​

ICDNY will be screening in the Fall of 2020 at Chapman University Dodge College of Film and Media Arts.
